Jennifer joined the Melton & Melton team in 1994. After 12 years of strong service, she became a partner in the audit department in 2006. Her specialty is in employee benefit plan (EBP) audits. She is in charge of the firm’s EBP audit practice, performing EBP audits and helping clients improve controls over their benefit plan. She is also involved in corporate audit work in various industries.

Jennifer is detailed and service-oriented. She attributes her success to her hard work and determination. She was inspired to pursue a career in the accounting industry when she discovered that the work came naturally to her.

Jennifer resides in Cypress, with her husband of 24 years; they have three children, a dog, and a cat. Jennifer enjoys Houston for its diversity of both people and activities. In her spare time she likes to participate in outdoor activities with her family, travel, and read. She is also an avid runner—she has run three Half Marathons in the last four years!
