What to Expect As a New Accountant at Melton & Melton

Every accountant at Melton & Melton has the potential to become a partner. We promote professional excellence through training and graduated responsibility.

Both Audit and Tax accountants begin their careers at Melton & Melton as staff accountants. Staff accountants who are ready to take on more responsibility are promoted to Supervisor status. In order to proceed past the level of Supervisor, an accountant must pass the CPA exam. Managers are entrusted with more difficult auditing/tax assignments and can then be promoted to Senior Manager. Senior Managers are groomed for potential partnership.
